These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Zuetel Law Group, APLC (“Zuetel Law Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Site.
1. No Legal Advice; No Attorney–Client Relationship
The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice, nor does it create an attorney–client relationship between you and Zuetel Law Group.
You should not act or refrain from acting based on any information on this Site without seeking legal advice from a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction who is familiar with your specific situation.
Your use of the Site, including sending us a message through any contact form or email link on the Site, does not create an attorney–client relationship with Zuetel Law Group or any of its attorneys.
An attorney–client relationship is formed only when we have confirmed we are able to accept the engagement and both you and the firm have signed a written engagement agreement.
Please do not send confidential or sensitive information to us through the Site or by email unless and until an attorney–client relationship has been formally established. Unsolicited information may not be treated as confidential and may not be protected by the attorney–client privilege.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Any descriptions of past matters, case outcomes, or results achieved for clients are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee, predict, or assure similar results in any future matter.
Every legal matter is unique, and outcomes depend on many factors, including the specific facts, applicable law, parties involved, and the tribunal or decision-maker.
You should not rely on any prior results referenced on this Site as a guarantee of the outcome in your case.
3. Jurisdictional and Practice Limitations
Zuetel Law Group is a California professional law corporation. Our attorneys are licensed to practice law in the jurisdictions identified in their individual biographies.
The Site may be viewed from jurisdictions in which we do not practice law. We do not seek to represent anyone based on viewing this Site in a jurisdiction where the Site does not comply with all laws and ethical rules of that jurisdiction.
Nothing on this Site should be construed as:
A solicitation or offer to provide legal services in any jurisdiction where we are not licensed to practice; or
A representation that we are certified as a specialist or expert in any area of law, unless expressly stated and in accordance with applicable rules.
4. Informational and Advertising Nature of the Site
This Site is intended to provide general information about Zuetel Law Group and our services. To the extent the Site is considered attorney advertising under the laws or rules of a particular jurisdiction:

Any testimonials, endorsements, or references to past matters do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or prediction regarding the outcome of your legal matter.

We do not warrant that any errors will be corrected or that the Site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ZUETEL LAW GROUP, ITS ATTORNEYS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
